So had my first experience at the emergency on November 7th. Soon after supper, I started to vomit a lot. My parents tried to give me some fluids, but I couldn't even keep a small 5ml of Pedialyte... So my parents brought me to the emergency... We were there until 5am... My parents were exhausted... Good thing grandma was home to take care of Emmy.

But now, I'm still on Pedialyte and crackers, since I still have fever and diarrhea... and I also gave the virus to dad... I just hope that Emmy doesn't get it...

You'll notice that Emmy had some baby showers... yes, Emmy, my sister-to-come. You'll notice that I was trying to get all the attention at the shower by walking around with those balloons and trying to hide the cameras... but... didn't really work... I was forced to participate... I guess I'll need to learn to share the attention from now on...

I finally saw Diego!!! But I had to wait at least an hour to get a picture with him and Dora. There were so many kids who also wanted to take pictures with them... But I finally got to touch Diego, hug him and kiss him goodbye.

Thanks to auntie Suzanne who prepared for the food and for holding me during the Dora party. Thanks to So-so for driving me to the Dora party and for spending the time with me. Thanks to auntie Cindy and uncle Sihai for bringing Noah, Laurent and Chloe to my party and spent the whole day with me during your busy schedule.

I will have a sister!

So my mom went for ultrasound on the 29th and she told me that I'll be having a sister. I don't know what does that mean yet... and what will that affect me, but it seems that everyone in the family is happy... I suppose it must be a good thing for me too :) Apparently her pictures are posted on my parents' website.

This is how much energy I usually have at night. And with this bouncing mattress from Uncle Ronald, well, it makes it even more entertaining... I also learned that when people watch hockey and say "Go Habs Go!" that I should learn to say it too! Can't pronounce Habs yet... so for now, it'll just by "Go ...Go!" Too bad they lost...

What's New? I don't need my pacifier anymore!

Yes, so I don't need my pacifier anymore... actually, I should say that I really would like to have it, but it's not necessary anymore. So here's the story of how I got off the pacifier:

Sunday, April 13th 2008, at night, I was at grandma's house with my parents. We were all watching TV in the living room. As usual, I like to go up to the TV real close and get yelled at by my parents... This time, when my daddy told me to backup, I lost my balance and I fell face down on the wood floor...

My noses were bleeding, my teeth were full of blood cuz of the pacifier, and of course, I was crying a lot, cuz it really hurted me.

What's worse? well, my pacifier broke in 2 pieces... I saw it myself... yes, my pacifier broke... oh no, my pacifier broke!!!

So ever since, whenever I need my pacifier, my grandma or my mom would remind me that I broke my pacifier... I really miss my pacifier... strangely, I'm sure there are more pacifiers at home, but they all disappeared on me... I don't know why, but I have no choice, I have to "tough it out" and live without it... It's really hard, but it's getting much better now...

Although, I really miss my pacifier...

This is how I have my haircuts

It takes a lot of effort to get a haircut... I mean for my aunt and uncle... That's because I'm very busy and active all the time... and i cannot sit still for 2 seconds...

18 month checkup

Well, I had my checkup and the doctor said that my height is 50 percentile, but my weight went down to 10 - 25 percentile... I am actually lighter than 6 months ago! It should be due to all these colds that I get one after another... ever since I go to daycare, I get sick all the time!!! Hopefully I can build up a better immune system...

What's new this month... well, trying to get back to my usual routine ever since we're back from China trip... I can dance, I can walk, I can throw things in the garbage can... I can talk a lot, but nobody seems to understand what i am trying to say... And for some reason, I can only say "Papa" for the past 2-3 months and cannot seem to be able to say "Mama"... I guess mommy is getting nervous... =P
